To build a document we use the details you enter into the form and the email address you provide at checkout. Payment is processed by Stripe; we do not store full card numbers.

How we use it

Your inputs are used to generate your document and deliver it to you. We do not sell your personal information.

Your choices

You can request deletion of your account and stored documents by emailing support@docbystate.com.
