How much does a document cost?
Building and previewing any document is free. Downloading the finished, watermark-free file is $29 as a one-time purchase, or $19 per month for unlimited documents across all states. The price shown before you build is the price at checkout, with nothing added later.
Do I have to pay before I see the document?
No. You build the entire document and see it in a full live preview before paying anything. Payment is only required to remove the watermark and download the editable Word and PDF files.
What formats do I get?
Every purchase includes an editable Microsoft Word (.docx) file and a print-ready PDF. The Word file lets you make further edits; the PDF is ready to sign.
Why does the document depend on my state?
Legal requirements differ by state, so each document is written to the governing law, notarization rules, and enforceability standards of the state you choose. A generic national template can miss requirements that make a document weaker or unenforceable where you live.
Can I edit the document after downloading?
